At Amethyst Event Productions, we don’t offer cookie-cutter “Partial Planning” and “Full Planning” packages. We have found that our couples are all so unique with their own unique needs, so we like to create custom planning and design packages tailored to fit your personal needs. 

Our Planning Package is great for couples who want as stress-free of a process as possible. We can source venues and vendors for you and help you with event design, so all you have to do is make the final decisions. We create a streamlined process where we can nail down your out-of-town guest’s hotel room blocks, and even handle your RSVPs. 

We love creating weddings that are uniquely you and highlight who you and your partner are as a couple. If you need more specialized design assistance, we’ll create full design boards with a tailored color palette, design direction, and rental recommendations. We provide our expertise and years of experience to help get you to the finish line!

From the time you book with us, you’ll also have full access to our amazing Aisle Planner software, which includes a personalized checklist to help keep you on track during your planning journey. In this software, we can also share our design board so you can share it with your floral designer, manage RSVPs, upload vendor contracts, manage table assignments, update your budget tracker, and more! It is such a great software to help keep you organized and a place where we can collaborate as a team. 

We will schedule planning meetings in the months leading up to your wedding day so we can go through all of the special details, make decisions on design, and finalize your venue selections. We will begin working with the information you provide as well as information from your contracted vendors to create a comprehensive timeline of your wedding weekend so you have a stress-free time leading up to your big day. We will be the liaison with your vendors, handling everything behind-the-scenes to bring your wedding vision to life.
